I sowed these arugula seeds on February 17th too.  But they are outside, and it's been kinda cold.  Last week I saw some green coming up in this bed, but it was chickweed.  

 

I check the bed every day, and I took this picture the first day I saw the arugula coming up:  March 2nd.  It's funny:  in summer when the soil is warm these seeds sprout in three days.  When the soil is cold, like it has been lately, it takes almost two weeks.  Anyway, we have arugula.  Yay!!!
