Flat of Seedlings
Posted on March 5, 2026 8:00 AM by Gerry Trout

Here is one of my flats of seedlings.  You can see on the left that I have labeled each row.  And there are 11 rows in this flat:  there are beets, several kinds of kale, mustard, Swiss chard, and a few lettuces.

These are the seeds that we planted on February 17.  We put them on heat mats (which maintain 70 degrees) and this flat started sprouting within the first week.  The tomatoes and eggplants are up too, but we are still waiting on the peppers.

They have all grown since I took this picture, but I thought you'd like to see our progress.

HAPPY SPRING!!!
