We have tiny daffodils too.  Mine are Tête-à-tête Narcissus that we planted years ago.  I'm pretty sure that my neighbors' tiny daffodils are the same, but there are SO many varieties of Narcissus that I can't be positive of theirs.  

 

Tête-à-tête means head to head, and sometimes two flowers will bloom on a single stem.  That's how I remember the name, and I love seeing it when it happens.
