Jon cut down the sunflowers last Thursday, and I plucked out the seeds from the flower heads.  I left these two heads for you to see.  And look at all the seeds:  a couple quarts.  I will save some to replant next spring, and the rest can go in the bird feeders.  Hey, I don't need to plant all of them, and the birds love them.
