Tzatziki Sauce

Light cucumber, dill sauce for fish or dips

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cucumber
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp fresh dill
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Peel, seed, shred the cucumber. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with salmon or any other fish.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Cook's Notes:
We have added this to a block of cream cheese to serve as a dip for happy hour. Serve with carrots, celery, pretzels, pita chips.
