Lemon Orzo

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup uncooked orzo
1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 Tbsp snipped fresh chives
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion for 3 minutes. Stir in pasta, broth, wine, and thyme; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente. Stir in chives, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Needs salt.
