Herb butter

Add herbs easily to any dish

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tbsp fresh sage
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, stems discarded
2 Tbsp fresh oregano, stems discarded
1 lb. butter, room temperature
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Rough chop the herbs, or pulse briefly in a food processor.
Mash the herbs into the butter, chili powder, nutmeg, paprika, and salt.
Roll the herb butter in parchment paper and freeze.
Then whenever you want the taste of fresh herbs, just cut off a slice and melt it on anything.
