This tangy, creamy dip tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings. It's best served hot with crackers and celery sticks. Everyone loves the results!

Very Easy
Total Time:
45 min
Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained (I prefer leftover chicken breast or, even better, the
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the cheese and spread the mixture into dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Add remaining cheddar cheese to top. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with celery sticks, crackers or Frito Scoops.
Cook's Notes:
This also a great recipe for the crock pot. Instead of baking in the cover, just cover the crock pot and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly.
