On a clear day in Five Forks Community it looks as if you can see clear across America because the breathtaking vistas are that incredible. But, they are just part of the reason people choose to live in our serene mountain community. Upon driving through our rock gated entrance you immediately begin to sense that you are in a very special neighborhood because it blends in perfectly with the majestic mountains, foliage and wildlife of North Carolina. Before heading up our gentle well paved roads stop a moment at the Pavilion on Lauren Cove next to our babbling brook and notice how the stress of the outside world starts to leave your body as the serenity of the area sooths your soul. This is the place where our community comes together several times a year to celebrate our beautiful bounty. Drive slowly to the top of the mountain and keep watch for the numerous deer, wild turkeys and other abundant wildlife that share our habitat.  Stop along the way and breathe in the amazing vistas as you motor up our stairway to heaven and you will easily understand why everyone in our amazing neighborhood is proud to call Five Forks their home.We hope that you enjoy our interactive website too designed to build community no matter where our neighbors are.
 
As our community continues to grow together, it is our desire that the Board of Directors and the friendly people who reside here persist in keeping Five Forks one of the most sought after places to call home in Cherokee County, NC.
 
Five Forks is a gated community located 1.7 miles off of Moccasin Creek Road to the south west of Murphy, NC. We are 132 Homes and lots that cover three ridges.  If you are new to our mountain community, here is some helpful information and neighborhood facts.

Selling your Five Forks property/Lot? Direct your closing attorney or realtor to contact our Five Forks Treasurer for HOA closing information. Contact information is ffhoaboard@googlegroups.com
 
Gate: The gate is open from 7am to 7pm check FAQ for the current gate code and additional information.  Remote controls can be purchased.
 
Pavilion and Bathroom: The bathroom is locked except during special events.  It is for Neighborhood use only.
 
Woods Walking Path: There is a woods walking trail that starts at Lot 11 off Five Forks Drive and ends on Beacon Hill by Lot 52.
