Welcome Home
Five Forks is a mountain community located 1.7 miles off of Moccasin Creek Road to the southwest of Murphy, NC. We are 131 homes and lots that cover three ridges. Upon driving through the gated entrance you immediately begin to sense you are in a very special neighborhood that blends in perfectly with the majestic mountains, foliage, and wildlife. As our community continues to grow, it is our desire that the Board of Directors and the friendly people who reside here persist in keeping Five Forks one of the most sought after places to call home in Cherokee County, NC.

THANKS TO ALL WHO DECORATE OUR COMMUNITY
Once again the community is decorated with summer decorations. Some of these decorations are bought and donated, some are made "in house". Each year the decorations are set out, maintained, then picked up and stored. The board wishes to thank these individuals for their love of decorations and their love of our community. We would name these people, but they wish to remain nameless. If you know who they are, please thank them. They are a part of what makes Five Forks special.
GATE CODE INFORMATION
Next gate code change will occur January, 2024 and every six months thereafter. Look for future emails reminding you about changes.

Ever wonder how the HOA Board governs the content and usage of the web site? There are published Terms and Conditions that can be found as a link at the bottom of every web page or is available as a document in the "Neighbors (HOA Info) > HOA Documents > Useful Docs" area.
Directory Printing...
Ever just want to print out a copy of the current Neighbor list? Two ways to do this.... Go here Print Current Directory or... Go to the "Neighbors (HOA Info) > HOA Documents" and look under the "Useful Docs" area. I put a PDF of the current directory there a few times a year. Here is the link to that section: HOA Docs Link
