Tomato Seedlings

These are our tomato seedlings.  The top flat is full of seedlings ready to transplant.  Each row is a different type of tomato.

The bottom flat is how they look just after transplanting.  I got through 4 rows of seedlings and filled 2 flats:  That's 72 tomato plants;  (3) 6-packs each of Indigo Rose, Cour di Bue, Pineapple, and Purple Russian.  All from seeds that we saved last summer from tomatoes we grew.  I love that!!!  You can see that I have a few more rows to go.

When it's time to plant them out in the garden I will plant about 30 big tomatoes, and a few cherry tomatoes.  And my neighbors will happily take the rest.

HAPPY GARDENING!!!
